I wish I could leave a 10 star review for David. Starbucks internet was down and my order went to a different store and didn’t notice. I went to my closest store which is the one here in Miami Springs and I told him what happened not expecting anything and he told me you don’t need to pay again and accommodated me out of his amazing heart and great customer service ! He’s the biggest sweetheart ever and had lots of patience. Thank you, David !

I had a great experience at the Starbucks several times. Marcello has made my drink several times and they taste very good all the time. He is one of the best baristas. Never had a complaint with him. Always amazing!

Please be more careful when making drinks. I asked for a decaf iced mocha because I get really bad jitters and anxiety when I drink caffeine. I avoid it entirely but I still like the taste of coffee and coming here to study. Today they gave me regular espresso. I can tell because of how I’m feeling at the moment (not good). Sometimes there’s a reason behind people asking for decaf, please be more careful and make it correctly so you don’t ruin someone’s whole day.

Such a friendly team works here, plus they make the best drinks! Be kind to the responsive staff, they have to make orders for in house guests & to go orders. Open early morning always best service!
